Piebald is a simple recessive mutation that never fails to catch the eye. The solid white pigmentation varies from animal to animal. Some have a low amount of white coloration while others may be solid white up the the neck. The remaining coloration on the  pied usually has some striping and a low amount of orange coloration on the edges of the darker browns near the belly. Pieds make phenomenal cross morphs that are highly sought after like the Albino Pied & VPI Axanthic Pied.
